Post Award
Evaluation and reporting.
The Hoover Family Foundation requires a Post Award Evaluation for all funded grants. This is an important piece of information that helps us to determine if the goals and objectives of a proposal were met or not, why and what were the lessons learned. The Foundation does use the Evaluation when considering future proposals. No other proposals will be reviewed until the written evaluation has been received by the Foundation and the report sufficiently answers the questions presented on the Post Award Evaluation Form.
